Organizational flexibility and its relationship to organizational attractiveness in youth and sports forums from the point of view of its administrative and training staff

Abstract
The study aimed to prepare and adapt two measures of organizational flexibility and organizational attractiveness for the administrations of youth and sports forums in Saladin Governorate from the point of view of their administrative and training staff, and to identify the level of dimensions of organizational flexibility and organizational attractiveness among the administrations of youth and sports forums in Saladin Governorate from the point of view of their administrative and training staff, as well as to identify On the role of organizational flexibility in organizational attractiveness in youth and sports forums in Salah al-Din Governorate from the point of view of its administrative and training staff The researchers used the descriptive approach (survey and correlational methods), and the research community consisted of administrative and training staff working in youth and sports forums in Salah al-Din Governorate, which numbered (14) forums distributed throughout the governorate, and the number of these staff reached (243) employees. Therefore, the number of the sample was (180) employees, representing (79.83%) of the research population.
