Abstract

The study aimed to design a psycho-physical rehabilitation program for treating ankle sprain injuries among young football players in Al-Muthanna province and to identify its effect on recovery and psychological status. The researcher used an experimental method on a sample of injured players. A set of physical rehabilitation exercises combined with psychological guidance was applied to enhance confidence and reduce anxiety. Pre- and post-tests were conducted to measure pain and range of motion. The results showed significant differences in favor of the post-tests.
