يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة واقع المهارات القيادة الصفية لمدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس لمديرية تربية الكرخ -3 . قام الباحثان بتحديد مجتمع بحثة من مدراء المدارس الثانوية في مديرية محافظة بغداد (الكرخ /3) حيث قام الباحث بالاعتماد على مجتمع البحث ككل وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (100%) حيث بلغ مجتمع البحث من (124) مدير مدرسة ثانوية موزعين على مديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ /3 للموسم الدراسي 2022-2023 وقد تم تقسيم العينة على عينات ضرورة توعية مدرس التربية الرياضية على تحفيز الطلبة بشكل صحيح من خلال تشجيعهم بشكل متواصل .اوصى ضرورة ان يعطي مدرس التربية الرياضية الفرصة للطلبة من اجل الاستماع الى افكارهم ومقترحاتهم . ضرورة ان يمتلك مدرس التربية الرياضية اسلوب استراتيجي واضح استراتيجية ومفهوم في شرح المادة الدراسية . ضرورة ان يراعي مدرس التربية الرياضية الفروق الفردية بين الطلبة اثناء الدرس .
