دراسة مقارنة مستوى مؤشر الكفاءة الوظيفية بالحد الاقصى لاستهلاك الأوكسجين باستخدام جهاز(Treadmill) ما بين لاعبي بعض فرق الالعاب الجماعية للأندية حلبجة

هدفت هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على مستوى مؤشر الكفاءة الوظيفية والحد الأقصى لاستهلاك الأوكسجين لدى لاعبي الالعاب الجماعية المختلفة . اما عينة البحث فشملت اللاعبين فئة المتقدمين نادي حلبجة الشهيدة الرياضية بلغ عددهم (33)لاعباَ واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي للدراسة . وتوصل الباحث الى أهم الاستنتاجات:
وجود فروق دالة المعنوية ما بين لاعبي كرة القدم والكرة السلة والكرة الطائرة في الكفاءة الوظيفية(المطلقة) و(النسبية) ولصالح لاعبي كرة القدم وبعدة الكرة السلة. وكذلك وجود فروق دالة المعنوية ما بين لاعبي كرة القدم والكرة السلة والكرة الطائرة في الحد الاقصى لاستهلاك الاوكسجين المطلق والنسبي ولصالح لاعبي الكرة السلة وبعدة لاعبي كرة القدم . وعلى ضوء النتائج المحققة اوصى الباحث : ضرورة الاهتمام ببرامج التدريب لتطوير الكفاءة الوظيفية والحد الاقصى لاستهلاك الاوكسجين على شكل مستوى واحد من حيث (المدة-التكرار-الشدة) في التمرينات لجميع لاعبي المراكز خطوط اللعب المختلفة بدون أستثناء . وضرورة اجراء اختبارات الوظيفية دورية للرياضات للتعرف على مستوى الكفاءة الاجهزة الوظيفية والتركيز على أهم النقاط القوة والضعف في نتائج بعض المؤشرات . وأجراء وتطبيق المزيد من الدراسات المشابهة على مختلف الفئات العمرية الاخرى لتقييم مستواهم وتقويم برامجهم التدريبية.
