هدف البحث الى بناء مقياس سلوك المخاطرة لدى تدريسيات جامعة السليمانية والتعرف على قيم سلوك المخاطرة لدى عينة البناء ، استخدم الباحثان المنهج ألوصفي بأسلوب المسحي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث ، وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث من تدريسيات كليات واقسام جامعة السليمانية والبالغ عددهن(798) تدريسية وبلغت عينة البحث (438) تدريسية تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية وبإسلوب القرعة كعينة بناء وتحديد (38) عينة استطلاعية و(100) تدريسية كعينة للتطبيق واستخدمت الوسائل الاحصائية ( النسبة المئوية ، (كا2) ، الاهمية النسبية ، الوسط الحسابي ، الأنحراف المعياري ، اختبار (T) ، معامل الارتباط البسيط بيرسون ) ، واستنتج الباحثان :
- تم الوصول الى بناء مقياس سلوك المخاطرة .
- عينة البحث يمتلوك سلوك المخاطرة و بدرجة فوق المتوسط .
- ظهر جودة التوفيق النموذج الطبيعي المفترض توزيعاً طبيعياً .
واوصى الباحثان :
- الاهتمام بالجانب النفسي على العموم ولهذا المتغير على الخصوص .
- اجراء بحوث و دراسات مشابهة على تدريسين .
- اجراء محاضرات على مستوى الجامعي لمعرف هذا المتغير و معرفة التعامل معها.
