Building the organizational agility scale for managers of sports talent departments from the point of view of sports supervisors

The study aimed to:
1- Building the organizational agility scale for managers of sports talent departments from the point of view of sports supervisors.
2- Identify the level of organizational agility of the managers of sports talent departments from the point of view of sports supervisors.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in the two survey methods to suit the nature of the research problem, and the research community consisted of sports supervisors for the sports talent sections of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Iraq, which numbered (15) sections in all governorates of Iraq except the Kurdistan region, and their number reached (185) sports supervisors, and the comprehensive inventory method was used in the analysis of community data, the researcher used a number of statistical means to reach the results that serve the objectives of the study.
The researcher reached the most important conclusions, the most important of which are:
- The results showed that there is an impact of organizational agility because the departments of sports talent departments support practices that strengthen employees and adopt a flexible organizational structure in dealing with variables and addressing challenges hindering their performance.
