The study aimed to: Preparing ball-specific exercises in some basic skills and tolerating the average performance of young soccer players, and to identify the effect of ball-specific exercises on some basic skills and tolerating the average performance of young soccer players.
The researchers assumed: There are statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups between the pre and posttests in the research variables, and there are statistically significant differences between the post tests of the control and experimental research groups in some basic skills and endurance of the average performance of the young soccer players , The researchers used the experimental approach, and the design of the two groups (control and experimental) with two pre and posttests for its suitability to the nature and problem of the research. And the post-test for the experimental group, and the two researchers recommended the adoption of ball exercises in developing the skill (medium handling, long-range scoring accuracy) and carrying the average performance, because of the clear development it brought about on young football players.
