An Analytical Historical Study of the Most Important Paralympic Table Tennis Results for the Period 1960-2024

Paralympic table tennis is the third largest Paralympic sport in terms of the number of athletes, with the aim of the research tracing the stages of the development of the sport of Paralympic table tennis from 1960 to the Paris 2024 Games. The most important conclusions 1- The percentage of the number of players participating in the first Paralympic edition in table tennis has exceeded 700% from the last edition of 2024, which confirms the interest and success of the International Federation of the Game in publishing it.2- Increasing the number of competitions from (11) sports events in the first cycle to (31) events that reflect the vision of those responsible in expanding the base of medals and medals, the most important recommendations are to adopt athletes and change their path from amateur athlete to professional athlete by preparing appropriate training camps, providing technicians from good training staff, and providing technical and technological game supplies .The study urges researchers in the historical field to conduct more analytical historical research of the other Paralympic Games to enrich Arab libraries and bridge the knowledge gap.
