Professional problems facing physical education teachers and teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate

The objective of the research is to learn about the professional problems faced by sports education teachers and teachers in the General Directorate of Salahuddin Education, use the descriptive methodology by analytical method, applied the research to a sample of its number (100) Teacher for the school year 2020-2021, use the measure of professional problems from (25) Paragraph. The study found that the developmental courses are non-specialized, lack of possibilities and allocations for sports in schools and encroachment on sports-specific lessons. In light of the findings, the researcher found the most important problems faced by sports education teachers and teachers related to human potential, material and curriculum and suggested some solutions to address them.
