Leadership styles and its relationship to the professional compatibility of workers in sports activities at the University of Kirkuk

The research included, and the importance, of the leadership styles as the behavior in the leadership affects the workers has an active role in the success of work performance and reaching the goals that pertain to the sports institution and professional compatibility is a continuous moving process carried out by individuals to achieve adaptation and harmony between him and the professional environment in which he works research was to identify leadership styles and professional compatibility of workers in sports activities. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method and the relationships for the research. The main experiment was conducted using the two scales used in the experiment to find out the combustion Leadership styles and professional compatibility of workers in sports activities and reaching conclusions after conducting the main experiment of the research. Leadership styles had an impact on workers in student sports activities at the university.
The clear interaction between leadership styles and professional compatibility of workers, and the recommendations were to establish courses to familiarize workers with university sports activities with leadership methods and professional compatibility
