القـيادة الموزعة لـدى رؤساء الاندية الرياضـية من وجهة نظر الـهيئات الاداريـة

هــدف البحث الــى الاتــي:
- بنــاء مقياس القــيادة الموزعة لــدى رؤساء الانــدية الرياضية مــن وجهة نظــر الهيئات الاداريــة
- التعـرف عـلى درجة ممارسة القيـادة المـوزعة بأبعادها من قبل رؤساء الأنـديـة الرياضية مـن وجهـة نظر اعضاء الهيئـات الإدارية لأنديـة المنطقـة الوسـطى والجنوبية فـي الـعراق.
- اعتمد البــاحث المنهج الوصفي , وتكــون مجتمع البحــث من (1616) من اعضـاء الهيئــات الادارية المتواجــدين في (202) ناديــاً في المنطقــة الوسطى والـجنوبية فــي العراق, تم ســحب (200) عضواً ليشكلوا عينة البــحث بالطريقة العشوائية , وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس القيادة الموزعة , وتحقق الباحث من صدق وثبات المقياس , قام الباحث بتطبيق المــقياس على عينة البحث , وبيــنت النتائج تمتع رؤساء الانديــة بمستوى عــالي من القيادة الموزعــة من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهــيئات الاداريــة .
وتوصــل الباحثون الى عــدد من الاستنتاجــات أهمها:
- لـــدى رؤسـاء الأنديــة الرياضـية في المنـــطقة الوسطى والجنـوبية في الــعـراق مـعرفة بالقـيادة الـموزعــة.
- جــاء ترتيب مستــوى محاور القيادة الموزعــة لدى رؤســاء الاندية الرياضــية من وجهــة نظــر الهيئات الاداريــة كما يلي:( بعــد التخطيط, بعد اتخــاذ القرار, بعــد الممارســات القياديــة, بعد المسؤوليــة المشتركة, بعد رؤيــة النادي)
