The Effect of Pendulum Exercises on the Development of Some Physical Variables in Handball Players Players

The present study aims at several objectives, the most important of which is the preparation of exercises in the style of pendulum training and identifying its effect on the development of some physical abilities of handball players for pre- and post-tests The research population consisted of students of the academic year for the academic year (20252026) for the morning and evening studies, and the research sample consisted of the players of the Tikrit University handball team, which are (16), and the two researchers applied a training program in the pendulum method and after obtaining the data from the pre- and post-tests, it was processed by the statistical bag (SPSS), and the researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was for physical exercises using the training methods prepared by the two researchers. A clear effect on the development of the speed of response related to the accuracy of shooting from jumping high, through the employment of repetitions appropriate to the level of the members of the research sample, the pendulum exercises brought about a development in the physical performance of the members of the research sample, and that the quality of the pendulum exercises that were used had a great impact on the development of the physical abilities of the members of the research sample
