Managing the Challenges of the Educational and Organizational of the Physical Education Lesson in the Schools of the Center of Nineveh Governorate

The study aimed to identify the degree of management of educational and organizational challenges by physical education teachers when managing and organizing the physical education lesson in the government middle, preparatory and secondary schools in the center of Nineveh Governorate, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical method, the community consisted of all physical education teachers, which numbered (220) individuals, the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method in determining the research sample of (207) individuals, the sample was divided into two sections: a construction sample of (112), and an application sample of (95), the SPSS program was used in data analysis, one of the most important findings of the researcher The degree of management of educational and organizational challenges for the physical education lesson for public schools in the center of Nineveh province was obtained according to the dimensions of the scale (the first dimension is low, the second dimension is high, the third dimension is high, the fourth dimension is low, the fifth dimension is high, and the sixth dimension is average), the researcher recommended that the dimensions that came at a high level be strengthened through continuous support while praising the role of the school administration and physical education teachers to maintain this level, and continuous development and creativity to overcome and face challenges, holding workshops and scientific seminars to identify the most important challenges facing physical education teachers.
