إدارة التحديات التعليمية والتنظيمية لدرس التربية الرياضية في مدارس مركز محافظة نينوى

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة إدارة التحديات التعليمية والتنظيمية من قبل مدرسو التربية الرياضية عند إدارة وتنظيم درس التربية الرياضية في مدارس المتوسطة والاعدادية والثانوية الحكومية في مركز محافظة نينوى، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تكون المجتمع من جميع مدرسو التربية الرياضية والبالغ عددهم (220) فرداً، استخدم الباحث أسلوب الحصر الشامل في تحديد عينة البحث البالغ عددها(207) فرداً، قسمت العينة القسمين عينة بناء بواقع (112)، وعينة تطبيق بواقع (95) ، تم استخدام برنامج (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات، من اهم ما توصل اليه الباحث حصلت درجة إدارة التحديات التعليمية والتنظيمية لدرس التربية الرياضية للمدارس الحكومية في مركز محافظة نينوى وحسب ابعاد المقياس(البعد الأول منخفض، البعد الثاني عالي، البعد الثالث عالي، البعد الرابع منخفض البعد الخامس عالي، والبعد السادس متوسط ، أوصى الباحث على ان يتم تعزيز الابعاد التي جاءت بمستوى عالي من خلال الدعم المتواصل مع الاشادة بدور إدارة المدرسة ومدرسو التربية الرياضية للحفاظ على هذا المستوى، والتطوير المستمر والابداع للتغلب على التحديات ومواجهتها، إقامة الورش والندوات العلمية للوقوف على اهم التحديات التي تواجه مدرسو التربية الرياضية
