Abstract

          This research seeks to study the effect of a proposed rehabilitation exercise program on improving static and dynamic balance for those with ankle sprains. The researcher used an experimental methodology employing a single-group design with pre- and post-tests, which was appropriate for the nature of the study. The rehabilitation program was implemented on a group of players with ankle sprains, and it included a set of exercises aimed at enhancing balance, increasing motor ability, and improving neuromuscular coordination. Appropriate measurement tools were used to assess the level of motor balance before and after the implementation of the program. The results showed statistically significant differences that support the post-test, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed rehabilitation program in improving the motor balance of the participants. The study recommends the necessity of implementing such rehabilitation programs in rehabilitation centers for their positive role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of users in the community
