هدف البحث الى: بناء وتطبيق مقياس واقع التخطيط الإستراتيجي لدى اندية دوري نجوم العراق من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئات الادارية، والتعرف على واقع التخطيط الإستراتيجي لدى اندية دوري نجوم العراق من وجهة نظر اعضاء الهيئات الادارية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته مع طبيعة المشكلة. يتمثل مجتمع البحث من اعضاء الهيئات الادارية لأندية دوري نجوم العراق للموسم الرياضي (2024-2025)، وعددهم (190) عضوا، يمثلون (20) نادي من اندية دوري نجوم العراق، وتتكون عينة البحث من مجتمع البحث نفه اي بنسبة (100%).
