Abstract

Improving motor performance requires accurate diagnosis, especially after completing the initial stages of learning. Hence, the importance of this research lies in identifying and diagnosing technical errors alongside certain kinematic variables, to develop appropriate practical solutions. These solutions serve as an initial foundation through which a meaningful change can be achieved in the methods of describing, analyzing, and interpreting performance, with reference to experts in biomechanics.

at the study aimed to: Identify specific types of technical errors based on the values of certain kinematic variables for each technical phase of the long jump event (approach, takeoff, and flight).

The researcher hypothesized that: There are specific types of technical errors in the technical phases of the long jump (approach, takeoff, and flight), according to the values of certain kinematic variables in each phase.

The researcher reached the following conclusions: There are specific types of technical errors across the three technical phases, based on the data and results of certain kinematic variables associated with each phase.

 The researcher recommended the following: The use of corrective exercises tailored to each type of error and for each technical phase separately, or the use of integrated corrective exercises that combine the technical phases according to the type of error.
