Abstract

The research aimed to prepare compound exercises using the Tabata method (TABATB) in developing the strength characterized by speed and scoring accuracy for football players, and to identify its effect on the variables under study, and to detect the differences between the results of the post-tests of the control and experimental groups.

The research   community included the   players of Al-Hawija Sports Club, and the  research sample that was selected by the deliberate method of the players  of Al-Hawija  Sports Club, which was (30) players,  of whom (6) was excluded, so that the final number becomes (24) players, who were divided into Two control and experimental groups using the random  method (draw with 12%) players for each group, and the researchers applied compound exercises using the Tabata method (TABATA) where the data obtained  were  processed by the appropriate statistical means, and the researchers reached the most important conclusions, which are: that  the compound exercises in the Tabata method (TABATA) had a positive impact on the development  of the speed and accuracy  of the soccer players, and that the experimental group that  developed clearly and achieved better results than the control group that was trained on the traditional exercises used by the coach.
