Psychological endurance and its relationship to the emotional traits of football players in Kirkuk Governorate.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the degree of psychological endurance and the degree of emotional traits of football players in the province of Kirkuk and the researcher assumed a statistically significant correlation between the level of endurance and emotional features, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in a survey method and correlation relations for their suitability to the nature of the research and the research community was determined by the players of the Citadel Sports Club and Tisin Sports Club, and the number of (43) players was excluded (6) players for undergoing the exploratory experiment where the number of members of the main sample (37) players, and the researcher used a form Psychological endurance questionnaire and emotional traits questionnaire The researcher concluded that there is a positive correlation between psychological endurance and emotional traits of football players, and in the light of which the researcher recommended the study of psychological endurance and emotional traits by coaches and the introduction of players in psychological and counseling courses and conducting similar studies for the research variables and linking them with other variables and on different samples.
