Soft Skills for Secondary School Principals from the point of view of physical Education Teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate

Abstract

The study aimed to Building a soft skills scale for secondary school principals from the point of view of physical education teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate, Identify the level of soft skills of secondary school principals from the point of view of physical education teachers in Salah Al-Din Governorate, The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method, and the current research community consisted of (459) physical education teachers for the academic year (2024-2025) and they were divided into a building sample and an application sample, and the researcher built the scale according to scientific methods for building scales, and the data was collected and processed by the statistical bag (SPSS), The researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important: The soft skills scale for secondary school principals was built from the point of view of physical education teachers in Salah al-Din province, The study showed that soft skills have a high level ranging from medium to high in the research sample, which in turn is a satisfactory level and can be developed in the future.
