The research aims to: build and apply a scale of the reality of strategic planning in Iraqi Premier League clubs from the perspective of members of the administrative bodies, and to identify the reality of strategic planning in Iraqi Premier League clubs from the perspective of members of the administrative bodies. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey method to suit the nature of the problem.
