تقييم ثقافة القيم الأولمبية التعليمية لطلاب المدارس في المرحلة الابتدائية من 10 – 6 سنوات من وجهة نظر معلميهم

قامت الباحثات بالدراسة الحالية بهدف تقييم ثقافة القيم الأولمبية التعليمية لطلاب المدارس في المرحلة الإبتدائية من 10 – 6 سنوات المتمثلة فى قيم (التميز، الصداقة، الاحترام) وما تتضمنه من قيم مرتبطة ، وتحليل أثر هذه القيم على سلوكهم داخل المدرسة وخارجها. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت على عينة حجمها (144) معلم ومعلمة من مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، باستخدام استبانة لقياس مدى فهم الطلاب للقيم الأولمبية وتطبيقهم لها في حياتهم اليومية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فجوة بين المعرفة النظرية والسلوك التطبيقي للقيم الأولمبية لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية، حيث يُظهر الطلاب بعض السلوكيات الإيجابية المرتبطة بالقيم الأولمبية رغم ضعف فهمهم النظري لها.وتوصي الباحثات بضرورة تصميم وتضمين برامج تعليمية واضحة ومتكاملة للقيم الأولمبية في المناهج الدراسية، تراعي الخصائص العمرية لطلاب المرحلة الابتدائية وزيادة عدد الفعاليات والمسابقات المدرسية التي تُعزز القيم الأولمبية من خلال الممارسة العملية، كالمنافسة العادلة، التعاون، الاحترام، والاندماج الجماعي.
