The researcher aims to highlight the patterns of exercise scheduling during physical education lessons and their impact on learning certain volleyball skills. The researcher used the experimental method for the three experimental groups in the form of pre- and post-tests, as it was appropriate for the research problem and objectives. The research sample consisted of first-year secondary school students for the academic year (2025-2026). The researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to process the data and obtain the results. The study concluded that the teaching units that used exercise scheduling contributed to the research sample students learning some of the volleyball skills under investigation The teaching units that used sequential and random exercise scheduling were effective in teaching students’ certain volleyball skills under investigation. The study recommended using a combined exercise schedule for both methods (sequential and random) in learning volleyball skills and other sports activities. Conduct a similar study on other sporting events and conduct studies using various exercise scheduling models.
