The Effect of Psycho Training According to Different Rest Periods on the Development of Complex Skill Performance of Football Players

The research aimed to identify the effect of Sakyo training according to different rest periods between the pre- and post-tests of the first and second experimental groups on the composite skill performance of young football players, and to identify the differences between the two post-tests of the first experimental group and the second experimental group in the complex skill performance of young football players. The research community determined by the deliberate method represented by football players the youth category of the clubs of Salah Al-Din Governorate for the sports season (2025-2026), which are (8) clubs with (192) players, while the research sample consisted of (24) players from the youth players of Al-Dhalu'iSports Club for youth football category, and the sample was divided into two experimental groups, and the researchers used a number of tests for variables related to the research and the method of pre- and post-test to obtain the data that were processed statistically through the statistical program (SPSS).), the researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: Exercises in the Sakyo method according to different rest periods achieved development in the players of the two experimental groups in complex skill performance.
