Abstract

The aim of the research was to design visual stimulation training using (Fit Light) technology for female futsal players and to identify the effect of these exercises on speed–strength of the legs and dribbling performance speed among female futsal players. An experimental research method with a two-group design (experimental and control) was adopted. The sample consisted of 14 players from Halabja Club, intentionally selected, representing 12.5% of their population, which included female futsal players participating in the Northern Region Women’s Premier League for the 2025/2026 sports season. After preparing the training program and implementing it during the research experiment, the results were processed using the (SPSS) system. The conclusions indicated that the design and implementation of visual stimulation training using (Fit Light) technology were appropriate for training female futsal players participating in the Northern Region Women’s Premier League. The application of Fit Light-based visual stimulation training helps develop leg speed–strength and improves the speed of dribbling skill performance among female futsal players, showing superiority in physical development and skill improvement compared with their peers who train without it. The most important recommendations emphasized the necessity for futsal clubs to focus on developing coaches’ expertise in designing and implementing visual stimulation training using (Fit Light) technology based on the findings of this research. It is also essential to benefit from academic expertise when training female futsal players in ways that align with modern advancements in training technology.
