Abstract
aim of the research is to:
1- Knowing the effect of using the fixed and changeable methods in some physical abilities and teaching the performance of free swimming and achievement (25 m) for students.
2- Knowing the differences between the effect of using the fixed and changeable methods in some physical abilities and teaching the performance of free swimming and achievement (25 m) for students..
The researcher concluded the following: The fixed and changeable methods have a positive effect in some physical abilities and teaching the performance of free swimming and achievement (25 meters) for students. The changeable exercise method is better than the static exercise method in some of the physical abilities and performance of free swimming and achievement (25 meters) for students
