The level of social phobia among female students of the College and Departments of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul

Abstract

The study aimed to make a simple diagnosis of bone division by) X-RAY (and mechanically through the pressure variables of the device (FOOT SCAN) preparing rehabilitation exercises for athletes with ankle sprains, as the researcher used the experimental method by designing one group with a pre-and post-test. The research sample was chosen intentionally, as the research sample consisted of players with sprained ankle joints, numbering (6) players. The components of the rehabilitation curriculum were applied, which lasted over a period of two months and eight weeks, with three rehabilitation units per week. With a total of (24) qualification units, the researcher arrived at a set of results, which are as follows:


1- Paying attention to the principle of diversification in rehabilitation exercises and the tools and methods used to avoid boredom among athletes.


2- Ensure complete recovery from the injury before returning to training to avoid recurrent injury


3-Follow up on the injured person by the therapist and a specialist rehabilitation while performing rehabilitation exercises do not let the injured person perform the exercises alone.
