The Impact of Muscle Fatigue on Some Physical Attributes and Basic Skills in Futsal Football Among Players from Zakho University's National Team

Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of muscle fatigue on certain physical attributes and basic skills in futsal football among players from Zakho University's national team. The researcher hypothesized significant differences in physical attributes between the pre-test and post-test regarding the influence of muscle fatigue in futsal football among Zakho University's national team players. Additionally, the researcher hypothesized significant differences in basic skills between the pre-test and post-test with respect to the impact of muscle fatigue in futsal football among Zakho University's national team players. The research population consisted of 12 futsal football players from Zakho University's national team, and a purposive sample of 10 players was selected, excluding goalkeepers (2( players.
The researcher concluded that there were differences in physical attributes and the impact of muscle fatigue in futsal football among Zakho University's national team players. Furthermore, differences were found in scoring and the influence of muscle fatigue in futsal football among Zakho University's national team players. The researcher recommended emphasizing anaerobic capacities (phosphagen and lactate systems) in training curricula developed by coaches and underlining the importance of physical fitness for players when preparing training programs.
