المشاكل المهنية التي تواجه معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة صلاح الدين

هدف البحث اَلتعرف على المشاكل المهنيِة التي تواجه معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضيةْ في المديرية العامة لتربية صلاح الدين ,استخدم المنهِج الوصفي بالأَسلوب التحليلي , طبق البحث على عينة عددها (100) معلم ومدرس للعام الدراسي 2020-2021, استخدم مقياس المشاكل المهنية من (25) فقرة , وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان الدورات التطويرية غير تخصصية وقلة الامكانيات والتخصيصات للمجال الرياضي في المدارس والتعدي على الدروس الخاصة بالرياضة ، في ضوء النتائِج توصل الباحث الى اهم المشاكل اَلتي تواجهُ معلمي ومدرسي التربية الرياضية تتعلق بالاَمكانيات البشرية والمادية والمنهج واَقتراح بعض الحلوُل لمعالجتِها.
