Evaluation of the Educational and Administrative Performance Level of Physical Education Teachers from the Perspective of School Principals in the City of Kirkuk

The study aimed to identify the level of educational and administrative performance of physical education teachers from the perspective of school principals in the city of Kirkuk. The researchers used the descriptive method with the survey approach due to its suitability for the nature of the current research. The research population included all school principals in the schools of the city of Kirkuk, totaling (350) principals, and the final research sample consisted of (70) individuals from the total research population. The researchers used statistical package (SPSS) to analyze the data and statistical treatments. School teachers in the city of Kirkuk enjoy a good level of educational and administrative performance. More attention from school principals in the city of Kirkuk to follow up on the implementation of the tasks and duties assigned to physical education teachers from the educational and administrative aspects. Involving physical education teachers in educational and administrative courses for the purpose of developing their level, conducting comparative studies on the heads of other educational institutions.
