بناء مقياس الدعم القيادي للإدارات الثانوية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة صلاح الدين

تهدف الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس الدعم القيادي للإدارات الثانوية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة صلاح الدين، والتعرف على أبعاد مقياس الدعم القيادي لدى إدارات المدارس الثانوية في محافظة صلاح الدين من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية.
وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبي (المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية)، وتكون مجتمَّع البحث من (515) مدرساً للتربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة صلاح الدين للعام الدراسي(2025-2026)، وقسم المجتمع إلى (35) مدرسًا للتجربة الاستطلاعية، و(287) للتحليل الاحصائي، وضمت عينة التطبيق (154) مدرسًا، وبعدها تم بناء المقياس وجمع البيانات ومعالجتها بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، توصَّل الباحثان لعدد من الاستنتاجات أبرزها: يعد الدعم القيادي الأساس الذي يجب أن يعزز المدرس من التكيف مع البيئة المحيطة والتجاوز العقبات أثناء العمل، إنَّ مستوى الدعم القيادي لدى المدرسين يلبي الحاجة في التنمية والتطوير في الأداء داخل المؤسسة التربوية.
