بناء مقياس النضج الوظيفي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة بغداد

هدفت الدراسة الى بناء مقياس (النضج الوظيفي) ، والتعرف على مستوى (النضج الوظيفي) لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية بالمدارس المتوسطة في محافظة بغداد ، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملاءمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث ، وتكون مجتمع البحث الحالي من (1028) ، إذ ضمت عينة البناء (280) مدرساً وبنسبة (27.23 %) من مجتمع البحث الكلي ، وتمثل بعينة التطبيق الاستطلاعي والبالغ عددها (30) مدرساً وبنسبة ( 2.91%) ، وبذلك أصبحت عينة التحليل الإحصائي متكونة من (250) مدرساً وبنسبة ((%24.31 ، لتصبح عينة التطبيق متكونة من (250) مدرساً ، وبنسبة (24.31%)، واستعمل الباحثان البيانات الإحصائية من خلال برنامج (Spss ) ومعادلة الانحدار المتعدد ، وتوصل الباحثان الى عدد من الاستنتاجات أهمها هو تباين مستوى إدراك عينة لدور متغير النضج الوظيفي في تنمية أدائهم الوظيفي ، وكانت اهم توصيات البحث هي تشجيع المؤسسات التربوية على تبني أسس وأبعاد النضج الوظيفي المعتمدة في هذه الدراسة للارتقاء بمستوى أداء ملاكاتها وخصوصاً مدرسي التربية الرياضية .
