Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of technological culture of modern sports training methods for female students of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the level of physical condition of female students of Physical Education. The researchers used the descriptive approach, as it is appropriate to the nature of the study. The study sample amounted to (173) female students, from the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth levels in the Sports Sciences Department. The researchers used the questionnaire tool entitled "Technological Culture of Modern Sports Training Methods" designed by the researchers and the Physical Condition Questionnaire by Muhammad Hassan Alawi (1998). The results showed a high level of technological culture of sports training methods among female students, and that the average relative weights of the physical condition level questionnaire statements was 2.70. This indicates that the level of physical condition of the study sample is average, and there is a strong direct relationship between the level of technological culture of modern sports training methods and the physical condition of female students of Physical Education.
