Abstract

The Effect of Multigym exercises to develop the maximum Oxygen power(phosphagen) for the student footballer, ages (18-20) years old.

 

     The introduction of the research lies on the importance of the training program, should be include Multigym exercises to develop physical & physiological components, and this was the problem of the research, While the goal of the research is to prepare special exercises in Multigym tool to develop physical & physiological components.

Finally, the researchers recommend using the Multigym exercises include coaches' programs for the whole footballer in sport club for the age (18-20) years old.
