واقع التميز المؤسسي في بعض تشكيلات وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية من وجهة نظر العاملين

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التميز المؤسسي في بعض تشكيلات وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية من وجهة نظر العاملين، والتعرف على تفصيلات واقع التميز المؤسسي في بعض تشكيلات وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية من وجهة نظر العاملين، وأعتمد المنهج الوصفي بإسلوب دراسة الحالة على (434) موظفاً من الموظفون العاملون في تشكيلات الوزارة (دائرة شؤون الاقاليم والمحافظات, دائرة التربية البدنية والرياضة, دائرة الطب الرياضي, دائرة الدراسات والتطوير الملاكات والقيادات الشبابية, الشركة العامة للاستثمارات الرياضية) يشكلون ما نسبته (22.51 %) من مجتمعهم الكلي الأصل، مسح آراء وميول واتجاهات العاملين في وزارة الشباب والرياضة في التشكيلات قيد البحث عن رأيهم بالتميز المؤسسي بواسطته، وهم الممثلين لعينة التطبيق المحددة مُسبقاً بــ(434) فرداً، بإجراء الدراسة المسحية الرئيسة عليهم باستمارات ورقية لأدة القياس وبقياس مباشر لهم وبطريقة جمعية وفردية، إذ أستمر هذا المسح في مقر وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية للمدة الزمنية الممتدة من يوم (26/10/2025) ولغاية يوم (6/11/2025)، وتم معالجة الدرجات إحصائياً بنظامSpss وتم التوصل الى اهم الاستنتاجات حيث تمتلك تشكيلات وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية المستوى المطلوب من توافر ظاهرة اعتمادية التميز المؤسسي في إدارتها من وجهة نظر العاملين وحيث اوصى الباحث الى ضرورة اهتمام وزارة الشباب والرياضة العراقية بزيادة
تمكين العاملين وتقليل الاعباء الإدارية عليهم التي تسبب تأخراً في التميز المؤسسي.
