هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الأداء التربوي والإداري لمدرسي التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في مدينة كركوك. ، حيث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث الحالي ، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على جميع مديري مدارس في مدارس مدينة كركوك والبالغ عددهم (350) مديرا ، حيث تكونت العينة البحث النهائية من (70) فردا من المجتمع الكلي للبحث ، واستخدم الباحثان حقيبة الاحصائية (spss) لتحليل البيانات والمعالجات الاحصائية ، يتمتع مدرسي المدارس في مدينة كركوك باستخدام الأداء التربوي والاداري بمستوى جيد.
حصل محاور الأداء التربوي والإداري(المجال الأول/ الأداء التربوي، العلاقات الإنسانية، تنفيذ الدرس، التقويم) (والمجال الثاني/ الأداء الإداري، التخطيط، التنظيم، اتخاذ القرار) على مستوى جيد لدى مدرسي المدارس مدينة كركوك، الاهتمام أكثر من قبل مديري المدارس مدينة كركوك لمتابعة تنفيذ المهام والواجبات الموكلة لمدرسي التربية الرياضية من الجانب التربوي والإداري.
اشراك مدرسي التربية الرياضية في الدورات التربوية والإدارية لغرض تطوير مستواهم، اجراء دراسات المشابهة على رؤوسا مؤسسات تعليمية اخرى.
