The Effect of a Learning Educational Program Based on the Thelen Model on Learning Some Basic Football Skills for Students

The research aims to identify the impact of the Thielen model on learning some basic football skills among fourth grade preparatory students, and to reveal the significance of the differences between the experimental and control groups, and the importance of the research lies in employing the Thielin model as one of the modern teaching models that contribute to encouraging learners to analyze and improve their educational practices, in order to enhance the effectiveness of learning mathematical skills in a more in-depth and reflective way. The research problem was the adoption of traditional teaching methods and the lack of benefit from models and strategies Modern in teaching basic football skills. The research sample consisted of (40) students of the fourth grade of preparatory school in Anah Preparatory School for Boys in Anbar Governorate for the academic year (2025-2026), with (20) students for each group. The results showed that the experimental group that was learned according to the Thelene model excelled in handling, rolling and suppression skills. The researchers recommended adopting this model in teaching mathematical skills and applying it to other samples and skills.
